Department: Marketing – Vegetable Seeds
Reports To: Crop Lead – Vegetable Seeds
Job Purpose:
The Management Trainee will support the execution of marketing strategies for the Vegetable Seeds business, with a primary focus on driving farmer engagement initiatives and strengthening product adoption at the field level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute farmer engagement programs such as field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and field days
- Support implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities for vegetable seed products
- Collaborate with Sales and Field teams to enhance product visibility and farmer outreach
- Conduct field visits to gather market intelligence, farmer insights, and competitor activity
