About the Role:

An established logistics/freight forwarding company specialised in air and sea freights, located in Subang Jaya is looking for a driven and adaptable Management Trainee to join their freight forwarding and logistics team, with a strong focus on business development, sales, and marketing. This program is designed to develop future leaders by providing hands-on experience across operations, customer relations, and commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and support the full freight forwarding cycle (air, sea, and land logistics).
  • Assist in developing new business leads and identifying market opportunities.
  • Support sales teams in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
  • Participate in client meetings and follow-ups to build strong business relationships.
  • Help plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to promote services.
