Management Trainees will support sales, marketing, and plant operations by improving efficiency, productivity, and process documentation under respective department heads.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Familiarize with systems and processes related to sales, marketing, and plant operations.
- Identify efficiency and productivity issues in sales, marketing, and plant operations and initiate resolution steps with agreed timelines.
- Ensure documentation of all sales, marketing, and plant operations systems and procedures for process tracking.
- Establish measurable and controllable improvement programs relevant to sales, marketing, and plant operations for planning and monitoring.
