Job Description
Direct Coil Inc., a rapidly growing manufacturer of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration components, is currently looking for young professionals who are excited to join, learn and grow with the Direct Coil Team with our Management Training Program. Must be a College or University Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Technology. Equivalent HVAC & Refrigeration experience will also be considered.
Successful candidates will have the unique opportunity to participate in our Office Rotation program. During this program, participants will engage in 2–3‑month stints within various key departments at Direct Coil. This rotation will provide exposure to different facets of our technical and business operations, fostering a well-rounded understanding of our industry.
