Our client, a global semiconductor leader with a major manufacturing presence in Thailand, is seeking a Manager Accounting to lead financial reporting, tax, and treasury matters for the local entity.
Your Role
- Responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting, accounting, and closing tasks; ensure compliance with accounting guidelines, policies, and internal control procedures
- Manage all tax matters including incentive requirements and regulatory submissions
- Oversee treasury and corporate secretarial matters, including review of cash flow forecasts and preparation of board meetings and resolutions
