PwC’s Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory (“CMAA”) team within the Broader Assurance Services (“BAS”) business unit advises clients on complex accounting and financial reporting mattersrelating to moments of change such as the application of (new) IFRS/Dutch GAAP/US GAAP standards, GAAP conversions, IPOs, M&Aor transformational projects. The work consists of both advising our non-audit clients as well as being a specialist to our audit teams on complex accounting and financial reporting matters.Currently we are expanding our team and are looking for experienced accounting professionals.

This is what you'll do

As a Manager, you will work as part of a diverse team of accounting and reporting specialists, helping our clients on complex accounting and financial reporting issues that occur during moments of exceptional change driven by deals and/or capital markets transactions.
