Job Description
Location: Ahmedabad (Gujarat)
Job Profile:
Own and drive growth for Gujarat & MP region alongside one key category (electronics/ education / lifestyle/ Fitness, etc.)
- Identify, onboard, and scale merchant partnerships across Gujarat & MP
- Build strong relationships with regional brands, retailers, and key accounts
- Drive revenue through offers, co-funded campaigns, and affordability solutions (EMI, etc.)
- Create and execute joint business plans (JBPs) with partners
- Lead commercial negotiations and close strategic deals
- Ensure strong in-store visibility and local activation to drive footfall and conversions
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, ops) for execution
- Track category and merchant performance; optimize for growth and ROI
