Job Description
Our client, a crown corporation located in North York, is seeking a Manager of Application Development.
Must Have
- Minimum 7 years progressive IT solution architecture experience application development, and system design.
- Minimum 7 years of experience delivering complex digital solutions and platforms (Salesforce and Workday) and integration environments.
- Demonstrated experience transitioning from a technical lead/architecture role into people leadership with strong coaching and mentorship capability.
- 5+ years in delivering custom Salesforce implementation and enhancements (Sales, Service, Marketing & Community Cloud)
- 5+ years' experience with JEE and enterprise integration technologies (Java, JDBC, JMS, XML, SOAP, XSD, WSDL, SSL)
- 5+ years' experience with event streaming, such as Confluent Kafka, Apache Kafka, Kafka Connect, Kafka Streams.
