Job Description
The Manager, Application Services, leads the strategic planning, delivery, and support of enterprise applications within the university’s ERP ecosystem. This role oversees the full lifecycle of application services — from ERP implementations and digital transformation projects to system integration and ongoing support — ensuring alignment with academic, administrative, and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Services Management : Lead ERP implementation/enhancement projects, translate business requirements into functional specifications, conduct gap analysis, and oversee system integration.
- Project Delivery & Coordination : Develop project plans, coordinate stakeholders, manage testing cycles, and drive Agile ceremonies using Jira and Confluence.
