NUS-ISS is seeking an experienced HR professional to join NUS‑ISS, with a strong focus on strategic HR business partnering, organisational change, and workforce transformation. This role partners closely with leaders and managers to drive people strategies, in addition to overseeing recruitment, HR initiatives, and key HR programmes.
1. Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted HR partner to line managers, providing strategic people advices, organisational, and change‑related matters.
- Translate business priorities into HR strategies and workforce plans.
- Lead and support change management initiatives, including capability transformation.
