Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete bid process, including opportunity evaluation, proposal development, and submission.
- Develop technical and commercial proposals for civil infrastructure projects across the Middle East.
- Define winning strategies in collaboration with senior leadership and ensure alignment in all submissions.
- Review tender documents, drawings, and client requirements to prepare accurate proposals.
