About the Role
The Manager, Billing & Settlement, is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end billing function to ensure accurate, timely, and well-controlled processing of insurer and corporate client billing. The role provides managerial oversight on daily operations, strengthens governance and internal controls, drives process improvement and system enhancement, and partners with internal and external stakeholders to support service excellence, financial integrity, and operational efficiency.This position plays a key role in managing operational risk, resolving escalated issues, improving turnaround time, and ensuring compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable regulatory standards within the billing function.
