The Manager, Business Analysis and Insights leads the development and execution of strategic approaches to manage and optimize business operations. This involves utilizing advanced analytical tools and techniques to collect, organize, and interpret data, identifying trends and anomalies to uncover opportunities for improvement. The position may also be responsible for conducting ad‑hoc analysis and deep dives into specific areas to address immediate concerns or support strategic initiatives.
What You'll Do
The manager establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and develops dashboards to monitor operational processes, generate comprehensive reports, and create data visualizations that effectively communicate findings.
Incorporates competitive intelligence and market share analysis by leveraging external data sources to benchmark performance against key competitors, identify market trends, and uncover growth opportunities.
