In this role you will:• Develop and update business capability maps, process flows, and other business architecture artefacts.
• Support transformation programs by mapping processes, documenting capabilities, and analyzing impacts to business architecture.
• Collaborate with SMEs, project teams, and agile squads to translate design into execution.
• Identify opportunities for simplification, rationalization, and improved reusability of capabilities.
• Provide detailed analysis of business and industry trends to inform future-state capability needs
