Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead CBMs to achieve targets and KRAs.
- Develop business potential by planning and implementing tactical sales & marketing strategies, setting team goals and direction in order to achieve targets.
- Manage sales performance and closely track and monitor each CBM’s performance to achieve their individual sales targets.
- Continuously provide coaching, guidance and training to CBMs to improve staff competencies.
- Joint sales calls with CBMs to provide support and on-the-job training.
- Solicit potential business, maintaining good rapport with customers, prospects and business partners.
- Participate in community and trade/business associations events to understand local business trends and needs, build relationships with local business owners.
- Build and foster strong teamwork and working relationships with all stakeholders.
Education/Qualification
