This dual-role position (General Manager & Business Development Manager) combines leadership of Hibiscus’ renewable energy business line with the development of new strategic ventures across the Group. As General Manager, the role holds end-to-end accountability for project delivery and operations, from execution through to long-term performance, ensuring strong financial outcomes, effective commercial management, and adherence to governance standards.
