Position Overview
Manager, Business Operations – full‑time, permanent, onsite in Kamloops, BC, with travel to five locations in the region.
Expected salary: $82,108.00 – $128,294.00 (midpoint +/-10% based on qualifications).
Responsibilities
- Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues that positively impact player experience.
- Complete complex escalations of customer service issues related to gaming experience.
- Collaborate with player health teams to align products with responsible gambling ambitions.
- Collaborate with service providers on business plans that align with revenue targets, divisional strategies, and operational efficiency.
