Job Summary
Trans Mountain seeks a Manager, Regulatory & Land Services to support the Directors of Regulatory, Tolls & Tariffs, and the Land & Permitting department. The role leads a team of analysts, overseeing regulatory and land-related programs, delivering high‑quality work, and aligning initiatives with operational and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of document control, quality assurance and internal review processes for regulatory filings.
- Maintain strong internal controls to support regulatory compliance and corporate standards.
- Establish new procedures to support regulatory and land deliverables and external issuances.
- Provide leadership and direction to analysts, ensuring timely issue escalation across department and corporate groups.
- Foster collaboration, accountability and professional development within the team.
