Job Description
- Manage day-to-day vendor performance and ensure adherence to SLAs for pickup completion and quality.
- Handle vendor escalations proactively, driving timely resolution in coordination with internal teams.
- Oversee vendor onboarding, documentation, and operational readiness.
- Coordinate with store teams, logistics partners, and regional operations for smooth exchange pickups.
- Track and report performance metrics including pickup completion, turnaround time, escalation rate, and customer feedback.
- Conduct regular market visits and vendor audits to assess operational compliance and gather ground-level feedback.
- Analyze data using Excel to identify performance trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Share weekly performance insights and actionable feedback with leadership.
