To drive sustainable sales growth in Malaysia through effective management of direct customers and channel partners. The role is accountable for achieving revenue targets by executing strategic sales initiatives, strengthening partner capabilities, and building long‑term customer relationships in line with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage direct customers and channel partners in Malaysia
- Develop, enable, and expand the channel partner network to strengthen market coverage and penetration
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the distribution network in Malaysia
- Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint business plans, set sales targets, and execute marketing programs to drive revenue growth
- Provide ongoing sales support, training, and resources to enable channel partners to effectively promote and sell ASMPT products
