Reporting to the Senior Manager of Channel Planning & Reporting, this is an opportunity to step into a high-impact role that supports more than 400 team members across our easyfinancial, easyhome, LendCare, and Call Centre networks nationwide. As Manager, Channel Reporting, you won’t just be delivering reports—you’ll help shape how data is used to drive decisions across the organization. You’ll lead the evolution of our reporting capabilities, enabling teams with the insights they need to perform at their best and identify new opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple concurrent reporting and analytics initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Provide subject matter expertise during requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation phases.
