Power Plant BTG & BOP Control and Instrumentation • DCS / PLC / TSI / SWAS / CEMS / AAQMS • Field Instrumentation, Loop Checking & Troubleshooting • LT/HT Switchgear, MCC / PMCC, UPS & Battery Systems • Interface Management & Vendor Coordination • Site Execution Leadership with Safety & Quality Focus .Complete C&I execution for Turbine, BTG & BOP systems • Erection & commissioning of TSI, DCS panels, SWAS, CEMS, AAQMS • Extensive loop checking, system integration, and operational readiness • Commissioning of LT/HT switchgear, UPS, battery chargers, field instruments • Active participation during steam blowing, oil flushing, synchronization, and PG testing.
End-to-end C&I erection and commissioning of 2×660 MW supercritical units • Turbine auxiliary instrumentation, TSI systems, MOV/SOV, UPS & battery systems • Field instrumentation installation, DCS loop checking and system integration • Hands-on involvement during steam blowing, oil flushing, turbine normalization
