Your Tasks


  • Driving the commercial and operational performance of AfterSales & Repair operations across multiple international markets

  • Development, implementation and continuous improvement of after-sales service models, commercial frameworks and performance standards

  • Leadership of negotiations with manufacturers, service providers and business partners on service compensation, warranty handling and operational agreements

  • Identification of profitability gaps and improvement opportunities through data analysis, benchmarking and performance reviews
