SOP Implementation during Project Execution.
Estimation and Costing of Civil Work
Vendor Development for Civil and Structural Works
Engineering management:
Prepare/Review project proposal, construction philosophy and primary project layout and estimation.
Reviewing documents issued by civil/structure consultants and release to site IFC drawings for construction.
Approving PR for civil and structural works
Technical Bid Analysis Review
