Overview
The Client and Account Data Solutions (CADS) Group is responsible for driving the overall data strategy and data management goals for RBC CM. The team ensures that all solutions align with our data intent and consistently deliver value to business teams through active influence. The Client Data team implements and maintains reference data used in operational processes, maturing data governance controls, and participating in business and regulatory initiatives with significant data impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead Client Data activities within APAC and manage the Client Data team, overseeing additional support for North American colleagues.
- Maintain client, account, and SSI data in front and back office systems, supporting onboarding and KYC activities.
