• Lead ITSM processes for incident handling and service outages
• Establish cloud standards and security protocols
• Drive modernization and governance improvements
• Coach and develop technical teams for success
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 7 years in IT infrastructure, particularly cloud
• 3 years in a leadership role managing tech teams
