Job Summary This position is part of the Cocoa Sourcing team within the Cocoa Asia Combined Ratio Trading Sourcing department with a strong focus on the sourcing related activities for the chocolate factories of the AMEA region. You will be part of a specialized team responsible for the procurement and pricing of cocoa raw materials for the chocolate business and developing strategies and policies to enhance profitability. You will also work closely with operational staff in regional sites around Asia entails clear, accurate and timely delivery of information and execution. Having a good grasp of market fundamentals like supply and demand, pricing methodologies and hedging tools would enable you to succeed in a key profit center within the firm.
