The professional will be responsible to lead the Command Center operations, ensuring high vehicle uptime, reducing warranty costs, and delivering proactive customer support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the Command Center operations, ensure 24/7 operational readiness, planning of shifts, staffing, performance monitoring.
- Implement SOP's for L1 issues , ensure accessibility for customers across.
- Build, mentor and lead teams to resolve L1 issuse effectively.
- Work on operational and vehicle data to derive actionable reports.
- Identify trends/ opportunities for service improvement.
- Work with analytics and development team to help create dashboards.
- Drive initaitives across warranty reduction, support customer engagements.
