Annual Compensation & Reward Cycles
Own and deliver the execution of annual salary review and bonus processes across assigned marketsEnsure data accuracy, validation, and governance across all compensation cyclesManage budget tracking, payout calculations, and quality assurance checksProduce and interpret cycle insights (e.g., distribution, differentiation, spend) to support HR and business discussions Job Architecture & Job Grading
