Summary
This role manages the day-to-day compensation operations for assigned client groups, acting as an internal consultation advising the HR business partners and leadership on compensation policies, procedures and delivering solutions. The role will also participate in managing the annual compensation cycle and other plan design projects. The role requires expertise in compensation with the ability to manage multiple deliverable and work in a collaborative and a transforming environment. Responsibilities
