Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the company’s compliance framework to ensure business operations and internal activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Monitor, assess, and provide practical guidance on regulatory developments from the Bank of Thailand, AMLO, and other relevant regulators, including analyzing potential business and operational impacts.
- Partner closely with business units, product, operations, risk, and other internal stakeholders to support compliant business growth and implementation of regulatory requirements.
- Act as a key liaison with regulators and support regulatory submissions, inquiries, audits, inspections, and ongoing communications.
