- Head of Consumer Collections – Unsecured Lending, or NPL Collection Supervisor, whichever applicable as indicated in Connexion reporting line matrix or as instructed in the transition.
- Approval of matters provided under AA.
- Direction on collections related matters.
- Approval for staff related matters.
Job Purpose
- Achieve Bank’s NBD, NPL inventory, delinquency and cost targets.
- Achieve targets formalised through Individual Performance Plan (IPP).
- Achieve performance scorecard established, where applicable.
- Manage portfolio assigned by maximising recoveries and minimising NBD losses.
- Deliver any assignments assigned from time to time.
