About the Position
WynnAlMarjanIsland is currently seeking a strong ManagerContractServices to join the resort's ContractServices team. The role involves reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of commercial contracts and supporting procurement and RFP processes.
Responsibilities- Contracting & Negotiation: Lead drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts, service agreements, amendments and Statements of Work; structure contractual terms to allocate risk (liability, indemnity, insurance, performance obligations); ensure alignment between commercial, operational and legal positions.
- Commercial & Financial Oversight: Review and validate commercial terms, pricing structures, payment milestones and total contract value; support preparation of contract summaries and key commercial inputs for approvals and purchase orders; identify and mitigate financial and contractual risks.
