Job Description
Role Purpose
Lead accounting, financial reporting, compliance, Audit support and controllership activities while ensuring strong financial governance and timely month-end closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
- Review general ledger accounting and reconciliations.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, accruals, provisions, and intercompany transactions.
- Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
- Drive implementation and adherence to accounting policies and internal controls.
- Review GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances before filing.
- Manage cash flow reporting and working capital monitoring.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Act as the primary liaison with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
