Job Description
What the role is:
You are the back-office head for corporate services, overseeing the administration of operationally ready servicemen (NSmen) within the department. You also oversee and execute administrative requirements across deployment, development, and Human Resource (HR) administration.
What you will be working on:- Manage and process manpower data, working with relevant entities on matters related to succession planning, unit generation, readiness status management, resource management, expertise deployment, and volunteer applications
- Oversee NS recognition schemes, course nominations, and performance management
- Assist in fitness assessment administration, offence management and call-up administration
- Oversee administrative, financial, and logistical approval processes in support of the department's workplan
