Corporate Tax Manager | Sydney
Join a high-performing Sydney-based tax team where you’ll play a key role in delivering corporate tax advisory and compliance services to a diverse client base. This is a hands-on position offering exposure to complex tax matters, including transaction support and structuring, while working closely with senior stakeholders and clients. - Oversee client engagements and ensure quality delivery across corporate tax matters
- Provide commercial tax advice, identifying risks, opportunities and solutions for issues
- Act as a trusted advisor on M&A activity including structuring and due diligence
- Conduct research on legislation and case law
