Job Description
The Customer Insights & Data Analytics Manager plays a pivotal role in analyzing customer usage data for Ryder's products to identify sales and expansion opportunities. This manager communicates with business stakeholders to understand Ryder’s products and coordinates with technical and IT teams to identify and evaluate untapped data sources. They develop plans for data ingestion, ensuring the ingested data meets the marketing team’s needs and recommending process improvements. The Manager supports the team developing deeper insights into current and potential customers, translating findings into actionable strategies that enhance customer retention, acquisition, cross‑sell opportunities, and key strategic initiatives.
