In this role you will lead and inspire a high-performing Customer Success team, driving growth, retention, and long-term value across strategic accounts. You will build trusted senior-level relationships while ensuring customers maximize the impact of our technology and services. In this role you will shape and execute a proactive, best-in-class Customer Success framework that enhances the end-to-end customer journey. You will translate customer insights into action—owning renewals, expansion, and continuous improvement—while developing top talent to meet evolving client needs.
