- Responsible for managing the successful end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives within the Digital Guest Experience (DGX) Programme.
- Ensures digital products and services are delivered efficiently effectively and to high standards using agile methodologies.
- Bridges business technology and guest experience teams to deliver user-focused data‑driven solutions aligned with the Guest Masterplan.
- Collaborates closely with multiple stakeholders to scope plan and manage digital product delivery.
