Job Description
- Conduct end-to-end due diligence on insurance distributors (e.g., brokers, FAs, banks), including initial assessment, information gathering, validation and documentation.
- Review distributor submissions for completeness and quality; Identify, document and escalate risks, gaps and red flags.
- Maintain clear due diligence records and an audit-ready evidence trail (checklists, approvals, supporting documents, decision logs).
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Compliance, Legal, Risk, Financial Crime) to obtain reviews, approvals and sign-offs in line with governance requirements.
- Support the team in progressing distributors through contracting and execution of distribution agreements.
- Coordinate agreement workflows: document circulation, version control, signature process, and tracking of outstanding items.
