Talent
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new talent.
- Mentor, coach, and manage performance and career guidance for the team.
- Plan and forecast team utilization.
- Ensure professionals have the required skills, experience, and capacity.
Engagements
- Act as trusted advisor to clients and BDO project teams during Dynamics F&O Finance implementations.
- Manage multiple engagements against budget, timeline, and scope.
- Monitor and manage vendor relationships where applicable.
