About the Role
We’re seeking a Manager, E‑Commerce Planning to drive demand forecasting, inventory management, and P&L performance across a fast-growing product portfolio. This role sits at the center of the business, partnering closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to optimize performance, improve cash flow, and scale operations across key e‑commerce channels.
What You’ll Do
- Own a portion of the demand forecasting and inventory planning portfolio, balancing strong in-stock rates with minimal excess inventory
- Manage category-level P&L, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to improve revenue, margin, and cash flow
- Lead weekly and monthly planning cadences, aligning cross-functional partners on targets, assumptions, and execution
- Partner with Supply Chain to manage inventory flow across Amazon, Walmart, and 3PL networks
