About the Role
Management Responsibilities:
- Work in accordance with Ausenco’s values and demonstrate commitment, active involvement and leadership regarding safety, sustainability, client, people, and financial accountabilities.
- Reporting to the Manager, Engineering, you will lead, manage and grow the Electrical and Instrumentation engineering department
- Plan, schedule and determine workforce requirements for multiple concurrent projects
- Identify resource gaps and undertake associated training and recruitment activities at all levels within the discipline to fill such gaps.
- Ensure the work is delivered on schedule and to the technical and quality standards that align with Ausenco’s delivery model.
- Supervise and direct engineers, designers, and draftspeople in preparing design documents, including drawings, specifications, schedules, and estimates.
