Position Overview
This role is part of Alcon's Global Benefits COE and will report to senior manager, Employee Benefits for the APAC region.
The Manager, Employee Benefits, is primarily responsible for leading, coordinating, and governing employee benefits programs across the APAC region, ensuring alignment with global benefits governance, compliance with local regulations, and providing strategic advice to the business. The role will conduct market benchmarking surveys, analyze benefit plans, and set equitable benefit plans aligned with market trends, potentially handling executive or international benefit plan components.
