The Contracts Lead role within Wood’s Oil, Gas & New Energies business in Abu Dhabi is responsible for managing all contractual and commercial aspects of EPC project contracts within large‑scale energy sector projects. The position operates within a commercial team environment supporting upstream, midstream, onshore, offshore, gas to liquids, decarbonisation and electrification projects. The role focuses on contract administration, change management, claims management and contract compliance to ensure adherence to contract terms and conditions while protecting the company’s commercial interests. Responsibilities include administering EPC contracts in accordance with company policies and project procedures, reviewing and interpreting contract terms, technical specifications and ensuring compliance by all stakeholders.
