**Flower Mound, TX** - 550 Lakeside Pkwy #100, Flower Mound, TX 75028

+ Leads and supports production teams through coaching and day‑to‑day problem solving.
+ Improves how work gets done using basic **Lean** practices (5S, standard work, better flow)
+ Communicates clearly across shifts and with partner teams.
+ Comfortable using computers for tracking and reporting (Excel and Microsoft tools).
+ Brings a strong safety‑first mindset in a hands‑on fabrication or shop environment.
