- Assist in carrying out building and structural inspections in compliance with BCA periodic inspection requirements.
- Prepare inspection reports, technical reports, and photographic documentation
- Assist in preparing method statements, work procedures, and risk assessments.
- Support the Project Manager in daily operations for maintenance and small-scale construction works.
- Supervise and coordinate site activities, including repair, rectification, and minor construction works
