Job Description
The Manager, Facility / Health & Safety (H&S) is responsible for ensuring the smooth running, reliability, and compliance of all facility operations, while maintaining a safe, secure, and hazard-free working environment. The role oversees facility maintenance, workplace safety programs, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to support operational efficiency and employee well-being.
Role- Oversee and manage all facility operations including building maintenance, equipment servicing, utilities, and infrastructure reliability to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Develop and implement facility management strategies to optimize space planning, preventive maintenance, and cost-effective resource utilization.
- Lead the Health & Safety function by establishing, reviewing, and enforcing safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices across the site.
