**Manager, Field Accounting**
**Overview**
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on **Manager, Field Accounting (AIG)** to lead and scale Field Accounting operations supporting the Asplundh Infrastructure Group (AIG). This role sits within the corporate finance function and plays a critical leadership role in bridging centralized finance with highly decentralized field operations.
The Manager will provide oversight of accounting operations, lead and develop a high-performing field accounting organization, and drive enterprise-wide improvements in financial close, reporting, data integrity, and systems. This role partners closely with executive leadership, operations, FP&A, and technology to support business growth and financial excellence.
