Manager – Field Maintenance
The Manager – Field Maintenance is responsible for leading the execution of maintenance activities in one of four key areas: Red Side Maintenance, White Side Maintenance, Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance, Shift Pump Maintenance. The role ensures safe, reliable and cost‑effective maintenance execution to maximize equipment availability, support production targets and maintain compliance with all regulatory, quality and safety standards. Success in this role will be demonstrated by high equipment reliability, reduced downtime, adherence to budget and improved team capability in supporting continuous refinery operations.
Key Accountabilities
